3、點擊文件—另存為，輸入文件名“BITS.reg”，保存類型為“所有文件”，點擊保存;
4、雙擊BITS.reg文件，或者右鍵選擇“以管理員身份運行”，導入注冊表;
5、重啟系統，就能啟動BITS服務了。
