最近在使用windows7 的時侯遇到一個問題，就是常用程序和快捷方式不能鎖定到任務欄，我當時不知怎麼回事，但是很多現有的方法都不能解決這個問題，在我看了很多資料以後我發現了這個問題就出在piffile和lnkfile上面。現在我把我的解決的方法共享給大家。
先在桌面上新建一個txt的文件名稱為1,把下面的文字拷到裡面，把擴展名改為reg:

然後在新建一個2的txt文件，然後把下面的內容拷入，把擴展名改為reg:

這樣兩個最重要的文件就建好了，下面要做的就是把任務管理器打開，把"explorer"進程結束掉，然後點擊任務管理器的文件---新建任務，把剛才的兩個reg文件一次導入，在啟動C:\Windows\explorer.exe（看你的系統安裝在那個盤的哦），看看是不是就可以程序和快捷方式pin如任務欄了啊！！
哈哈，不過這樣有問題哦，你會發現快捷方式上多了一個箭頭，這個是很煩的。
