描述：無法打開服務器服務。服務器性能數據 將不會被返回。返回的錯誤碼是數據 DWORD 0。
解決辦法：
修改注冊表禁用PerfNet性能計數器。
具體方法：打開注冊表，在HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PerfNet\Performance\下添加REG_DWORD值(雙字節值)： Disable Performance Counters，設置值為 1 。
重啟，問題解決！終於開機後不用按一下彈出的錯誤信息的確定按鈕了：)
另：可以使用Windows 2000 Resource Kit Tool: Extensible Performance Counter List (exctrlst.exe)，運行exctrlst.exe，在Extensible Performance列表中選中PerfNet，取消緊靠該列表框下面的 Performance Counters Enabled 復選框。MS下載地址:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7ff99683-b7ec-4da6-92ab-793193604ba4&DisplayLang=en
