首先檢查Centos中有沒有安裝 lrzsz
sudo yum install lrzsz
使用yum install的時候碰到一個問題, 不知道是否和虛擬機環境有關
Existing lock /var/run/yum.pid: another copy is running as pid 3604.
Another app is currently holding the yum lock; waiting for it to exit...
The other application is: yum-updatesd-he

使用 sudo /sbin/service yum-updatesd stop 後解決
然後在SecureCRT裡面設置, 打開當前Options -> Session Options -> Xmodem/Zmodem, 設置好默認的本地上載和下載目錄, 保存下.
上載時, 執行rz (receive ztransfer, 這是從服務端的角度看的), 會彈出文件選擇框, 選擇文件即可上傳
下載時, 執行sz filename, 會下載文件到本地目錄
